About this cottage rental
The rural house Roquete B, registered in the tourist holiday registry of the Government of the Canary Islands, is located in La Atalaya de Santa Brígida, next to the Bandama Golf Course and ideal for hikers and nature lovers. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, another full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a laundry area and a cozy terrace in a private garden with a shower and barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. With a large sofa bed for two people, as well as a cot, high chair and bath for babies. On the property there are dogs. You also have access to the shared pool which is located about 200 meters from the house, down a small hill. The pool has a shower and sun loungers. The lush vegetation that surrounds it will provide you with cool and shade if you wish. It has a play area for children.
There are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, golf course, health center and pharmacy 1.5 km from the Villa. The rural house is an ideal place to escape as a couple, with friends or with family. We will wait for you!!

Our host was amazing. The place was ready to receive us, the lights were on and everything was spotlessly clean. It was superbly equipped. There was a lovely private terrace and small back garden. A lovely spot on the island. Out of the highlife, it was very peaceful but accessible if you have a car. I strongly recommend this simple but well equipped semi detached home. We are fussy and loved our stay. Immaculately clean, with a very helpful host and a pleasure to be in.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, and stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. The location is quiet with spectacular views. The host, Eugenia, is very attentive, and she puts a lot of care and attention into her guests’ comfort and satisfaction. When I come back to Gran Canaria, I will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property with a great long range view of the ocean and surrounding area. Big rooms, plenty of space, private yard. Very clean. Some of the mountain roads are very narrow. This is a beautiful island, scenery is spectacular.

A beautiful, modernised, clean and well equipped property.
We would have preferred a lovely country view, but the rear garden to the property was quiet and sunny. Only major problem was electrical - try to use the toaster and all the fuses blew! Trouble getting the water heaters back up. Sometimes power too low to run equipment. Overall a nice place to stay.
