La casa, asi como la habitación, tranquila, espaciosa y limpia. La ubicación fué ideal, pues estaba muy cerca de donde trabajaba yo. Además de tener una terraza donde se podía fumar. También tenia todo tipo de utensilios de cocina... Hubo un problema con el agua, lo comuniqué a Cinthya, la propietaria, que lo solucionó en el mismo día!!. Cinthya estuvo muy agradable y atenta al bienestar de mi estancia. Fué un encanto !!

Lo que no entendí es por qué cuando busqué la casa con 3 habitaciones para 3 personas, Booking me ofreció 1 hab con cama para 2 y un sofá cama, como si no hubiera mas habitaciones libres. Éso hizo que mis compañeros y yo, buscáramos por separado. Al buscar x mi solo, Booking me ofreció la misma casa con 1 habitación ( la que luego estuve ). Mi sorpresa fué mayúscula cuando al llegar, vi que en la casa, estaba yo solo !!!! Hay 6 o 7 habitaciones en la casa y Booking, en 1ª búsqueda no me dió la opción. Con lo bien q nos hubiera ido a mis compañeros y a mi!! Estuve solo (menos 2 dias q vinieron 2 personas) durante mi estancia.

La atención personal de la anfitriona

Location is good as it's close to regular priced shops and main bus station. There's also a city bike station round the corner. Cynthia sends very kind pre-written messages, and it's possible to leave your bags for a while before/after your stay. Cappuccino room was very basic but large enough for one person. Common areas are cleaned once a week and bathroom/kitchen appliances are kept sufficiently clean. Kitchens are large enough and well stocked. Lower terrace is nice to spend the evening at. There are no bedgugs nor cockroaches what I was afraid of finding after reading reviews of other locations in Las Palmas.

It's run down. No washing machine, broken oven, broken dishwashers, broken lights on the top terrace, old terrace furniture. The whole house could use a deep clean - all cabinets are sticky from the inside, handles and fronts too. The "carpet" in the cappuccino room is so disgusting that I had to stop myself from throwing it to the bin. Luckily, I could hide it under the bed. (Photo included) Cynthia is very skint of fresh towels. Bathroom hand towel and kitchen cloth are changed only on Friday. Someone must have maybe wiped the floor with it, I don't know, but when I arrIved, it was dirty. I asked for a fresh one and the owner tried to make me feel guilty about asking. Seriously, it was a big deal to get one towel and one bath mat! (The bath mat was a tiny doormat from IKEA for 4€ and probably never washed too). For over 40€ per night I would expect towels and mats to be clean. The street the house is on is weird - down the street there are plenty prostitutes offering services. If you're into that kind of entertainment, then it will be perfect for you. It was a bit unease for me.
