L'appartamento è in una posizione bellissima davanti al mare e alle spiagge, con tutti i servizi, negozi , bar, ristoranti sotto casa . La casa è grande e non manca niente
L'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale sono abbastanza pericolose per chi ha problemi di motilità. Il condominio è vecchiotto con ingresso piuttosto buio e maleodorante

Close to the beach but not a beach for children because of big waves. Parking opportunity in the basement was a great option because no free parking in the streets.
