объект находится очень близко к морю.Было достаточно чисто,имеется инвентарь для уборки.Все было хорошо,кроме шума от кухни кафе.

На террасе накрытие только над газовой плитой,очень малая площадь затенения от солнца,во время приготовления еды находишься под палящими лучами солнца

Beautiful, spacious property only thirty seconds from the sea. Everything exceptionally clean and modern. The host was friendly and communicative and everything went smoothly. The spacious rooftop terrace was a delight. I'm a sucker for rooftop terraces, so we spent many evenings drinking wine and having dinner there. Loved our stay at La Marina - Casa Assuntina.

One thing to note is that, if you can't sleep with the AC on and need to open the bedroom window there is a lot of noise coming from the inner courtyard between the buildings. It seems to be coming from the ACs from the building next door or maybe the ventilation system from the next-door bakery, but if you're an exceptionally light sleeper, it might bother you. That being said, the apartment does offer AC and, if you shut the massive wooden shutters the noise is canceled almost entirely. In our case, we had to sleep with the window open because my wife needs the ventilation and can't tolerate AC very well, so we did have a bit of noise, but it wasn't enough to bother us. We could have also slept on the living room couch, whose terrace window opens to a quiet little street. As I said, this is only an issue for exceptionally light sleepers, but I thought it's worth noting.

Das die Lage zum Strand so nah war und die Terrasse oben war so schön um gemeinsam ein gemütliches Abendessen zu haben. Die Lichterketten haben alles auch nochmal gemütlicher gemacht

Das es im Schlafzimmer kein Tageslicht gab aber daran kann man nichts ändern gegenüber ist direkt ein anderes Haus aber so ist das in Italien mit den engen Gassen
