The property is located in Piazza Durante, in the center of Letojanni, just a few meters from the sea. Its prime location allows you to quickly reach the renowned town of Taormina and discover the natural and cultural beauty of Sicily’s picturesque eastern coast.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
- DINING AREA with a dining table and TV;
- KITCHENETTE with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, and TV;
- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and a closet;
- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;
- BALCONY (accessible from the kitchen and bedrooms) with a small table and outdoor chairs.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split-system in the bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is NO Wi-Fi or heating in the accommodation.
- The building does NOT have an elevator; so you will need to climb stairs.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off must comply with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Letojanni Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
Please note: Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

- From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach the apartment in one hour and thirty minutes by first taking a shuttle that connects the airport to the central station and then continuing as described above.
- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park (for a fee) in the vicinity of the property.
