This place is truly great! We read somewhere in the other reviews “the house has a soul”, well we can resonate with that review. It is such a beautiful place! Very quiet, beautiful scenery and the architecture of the building is wonderful. You have lots of space as well. Both inside as well as outside. The pool and the beds around the pool are really comfortable and well positioned (you have a good view of the house or the garden, depending on where you take a spot). What we also really liked was the decoration. It really enhances the ambiance of the house. That is great! Noelle is also very helpful and interested to meet her guests. She recommended us a great restaurant on our first night. We like that kind of service. You really feel welcome!

See the wonderful things mentioned above, but if we have to name something: - the bed was a bit hard for our liking. - we were asked to pay 80 euros for the cleaning. We thought since we booked via booking.com that all costs would be in the price. We thought that we misunderstood this from the booking, but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Therefore we asked about it and we didn’t have to pay the 80 euros. For the next guests she mentioned she will include it in the total price to prevent future misunderstandings.

If you are looking for an authentic and relaxing experience off the beaten path, you have come to the right place. The host runs a large farmhouse with 15 rooms, of which 8 are currently being offered for renting. She promised her grandfather to retain the family's original style, and she has done a wonderful job. Surrounded by horse pastures and lavender fields with ample car parking, this little gem of authenticity should be treasured for the familiar style it has managed to preserve. Best of all is the wonderful host who goes the extra mile. We were expected and greeted by name upon arrival, only to find that we had received room upgrades to allow for adjacent rooms for our group. For dinner on the eve, our host reserved a table for us at a nice little restaurant at the adjacent village. We had to leave early and hence could not avail ourselves of the breakfast, however it looked delicious when we said our farewell.

The internet had to be disconnected due to thunderstorms being forecast. It might be helpful to leave the wifi password for guests on a note in the room.

A lovely home in a small village. Nice garden around. Large comfortable room and a good country breakfast.
