The villa, with an area of approximately 130m², spread over 2 levels, includes:
• On the ground floor:
oA vast living space bathed in light thanks to its bay windows, with TV lounge, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, air-conditioned.
o2 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The corridor serving the bedrooms is air-conditioned
oAn independent shower room and a separate toilet
• Upstairs:
o A 3rd bedroom with a study corner, ideal for resting or working from home
Outdoors:
•A tree-lined and slightly wooded plot of 2000m², perfect for enjoying natural shade in summer
•A covered terrace with an unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux for your meals or relaxation moments

Attractive design and location. Well appointed and equipped. A few minor things: for 6 people, two toilets would be better. Also a shower by the pool would be good. The view is great, but limited by the trees. Some thinning of the trees at the level of the terrace would improve the view.
Overall great and would recommend it.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa claire et fonctionnelle, qui jouit d'une vue imprenable portant jusqu'au Ventoux. La piscine et l'air conditionné sont un vrai "plus" pour profiter de l'été sans souffrir de la chaleur. Nous recommandons ce lieu de quiétude, idéalement situé pour visiter la Drôme.
Davantage d'espace de rangement (et de cintres de qualité) pour les vêtements ne serait pas du luxe. Vu le standing de la location, prévue pour 6 à 8 personnes, l'accès à un deuxième wc serait à envisager. Bien à vous.

La maison est spacieuse avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les extérieurs dont la très jolie piscine.
