Simple and functional furnishings. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Some games and children's books.

Vast outdoor space:
*Terraces and shaded courtyard with a large plane tree
*Garden of about 2000 m² enclosed
*9m x 4m swimming pool fenced and secured by electrified roller shutter (please note: the pool is only in water from JULY to SEPTEMBER).
Wooden tables and benches for the outdoors, a few deckchairs. 3 functional adult bicycles available.

No vis-à-vis, the house is surrounded by fields, vineyards and woods. Bird and cicada songs guaranteed!

Saint Paul Trois Châteaux (15 minutes from the Bollène motorway exit) is a charming little village, typically Provençal. All amenities (local shops and supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies) are available in the town centre (5 minutes by car, 10/15 minutes by bike). The Echaravelles farm (10 minutes by bike) also offers delicious vegetables, eggs and organic breads.
A large Provençal market is held on Tuesday mornings.

In the heart of the Drôme Provençal and close to the Ardèche, you can visit the castles of Grignan and Suze-la-Rousse, the beautiful villages of Nyons, Vaison-La-Romaine, La-Garde-Adhemar, among others. Many hikes and bike tours are possible from the house.
