Det var helt fantastiskt, överträffade alla förväntningar och vi längtar redan tillbaka!

Det finns endast en Michelin restaurang bredvid som var jättefin, men hade varit trevligt att kunna välja mellan något annat också till kvällsmat.

Tranquil setting with amazing views of Etna whilst pool side. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Breakfast included though no ability for any other food on site. There is a hotel on the other side of the road though we had a car and got food from the local supermarket and used the bbq on site to cook.

- comfortable bed - great shower and toiletries - beautiful view of Etna

- in our room there was a persistent ringing sound. I mentioned this and it turned out it was the heating for the entire property and so was expected. The response was to offer a free bottle of wine which we didn’t want. This needs resolving. We had to play background music all night but still had a poor night’s sleep - breakfast had some good options but was clearly recycled from previous day which meant the bread was stale - communication from property was poor. Several questions via booking app went unanswered
