Struttura bella, colazione fatta a villa Neri buonissima

L’accoglienza. Siamo andati a fare il Check in di fronte a Villa Neri perché la signora che c’era lì ha detto che aveva cose familiari sue e non se ne poteva occupare. Idem per la colazione che però era buonissima. Ho provato a chiamare la Reception per sapere la Password del WiFi perché non c’è scritta da nessuna parte ma nessuno ha risposto. Per sapere qualsiasi cosa dovevamo far riferimento a Villa Neri che però non è comodissima da raggiungere a piedi ogni volta

Struttura molto carina, ben curata e in una posizione ottimale vista vulcano. I prodotti eccezionali firma Neri.

Location is great, brilliant view of Etna and situated amongst vineyards. It is on a windy road just above Linguaglossa. Great restaurants in the local town. On site breakfast is adequate. Communal Pool is calm and nice. Staff are friendly, kind and attentive.

Outside guests can arrive for wine tasting in a room just next to the pool. Air conditioning did not work, fans were provided but were inadequate due to summer heat - however we were relocated to another property owned by Neri group and could continue to use the pool.

- comfortable bed - great shower and toiletries - beautiful view of Etna

- in our room there was a persistent ringing sound. I mentioned this and it turned out it was the heating for the entire property and so was expected. The response was to offer a free bottle of wine which we didn’t want. This needs resolving. We had to play background music all night but still had a poor night’s sleep - breakfast had some good options but was clearly recycled from previous day which meant the bread was stale - communication from property was poor. Several questions via booking app went unanswered
