Casa Verde Ulivo, cozy country house near the sea, Etna and Taormina

If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and tranquility, we offer a completely private home with private parking, a lawn, and a pool. The house, which features a large panoramic terrace, is equipped with a kitchen and dishes, as well as a wood-fired oven for pizzas with a unique flavor, a bedroom, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. As an extra option, you can have access to the laundry area and add a fifth sleeping spot. From the terrace, in addition to a view of the sea and Mount Etna, you’ll have the chance to interact with small farm animals. The main goal of the house is to ensure a rejuvenating week for our guests. The house’s location allows you to reach all the amenities of the town of Mascali, the beaches of Fondachello or Giardini Naxos, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies in just a few minutes by car.
Within a 40-km radius, you can reach Taormina, Catania, the famous Alcantara Gorges, Mount Etna, or neighboring villages known for their fine wine, such as Linguaglossa and Castiglione, as well as the nearby ancient village of Presa.
This property is located on a lot containing two homes—this one and the owners’/managers’ home. The shared areas consist of the entrance gate and a 50-meter stretch of road leading to the other house.
Guests and owners will not share any other common areas.
