The loft is a small apartment about 20 square meters, 2+1 beds, 1 bathrooms and with a panoramic terrace of 20 square meters that gives on to the historical Middle Ages centre of Oristano, with a wonderful view on his churches and his towers. It is situated on the business and cultural centre of the town near to the main square.
Oristano, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway.
Because of the tilded roof, the attic has been designed to supply the most confort with original solutions all around.
It has got light green and custom-made fornitures and it is equipped with air conditioner, tv colors and ADSL flat service.
- The kitchen is illuminated and airy by a practical velux. It has got a gas cooker, a oven, a refrigerating, a freezer, and all you need for cooking and also a washing machine
- The bathroom, decorated by Sardinian ceramics, are equipped with shower, wc, bidet and wash-basin.

L'appartement est petit mais propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. C'est parfait pour deux personnes, bien situé dans Oristano, à 5mn à pied du centre historique. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils sont disponibles très vite en cas de souci.
Nous recommandons vivement.

"Mansardina piccola ma adatta per due persone se la si usa come base per gli spostamenti. Spazio comunque sufficiente anche per sedersi a mangiare. Ottima zona. Spiagge splendide raggiungibili in mezz''ora."
