Wir konnten die Zeit der Schlüsselübergabe vorgängig festlegen, da Mario im selben Haus wohnt war dies problemlos. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, alles bis ins Detail durchdacht, überall angebrachte Moskitonetze, eine schöne Terrasse und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Sogar 2 Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm sind für Strandbesuche vorhanden. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts.. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft sehr zentral, zu Fuss ist man innert 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Oristano und in der anderen Richtung sind ebenfalls in 4 Autominuten diverse Lebensmitel-Discounter vorhanden.. auch Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit zum Besichtigen von Oristano und der Umgebung und können die Unterkunft ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen.
Leider kann Mario kaum Englisch und wir nicht sonderlich gut Italienisch, daher war die Kommunikation schwieriger.

Eigenlijk alles. Een heel mooi ruim veilig appartement met een fijn overdekt terras. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijke eigenaar.
Niets. Aandachtspunt: het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping ( zonder lift). Voor ons was dit geen probleem. De eigenaar wil je ook graag met de bagage helpen.
