Très bon accueil de la propriétaire pour la remise des clés et les informations pratiques. Logement pour 2 nuitées, à proximité à pied du centre ville, propre, clair et spacieux. Place de parking dans l'enceinte de la résidence très appréciée

Un complément de vaisselle et une télévision auraient été appréciés.

The owner Andrea is very responsive and friendly, the location is perfect - near the lovely Piazza Roma in the old town, close to excellent cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and banking facilities. The off street parking included is terrific! Safe and secure! The apartment has laundry facilities too. The wifi is very good making communication easy and stress free.

There were ongoing issues with power failures caused by what we suspect is a rather outdated air con - running it and an electric jug was enough to blow the fuse box several times which we had to keep going downstairs to fix. It was an easy fix but became a bit annoying after five or six times. The owner had warned us about it but this in itself says that he knows the electrics need to be improved. The apartment needs better kitchen and table utensils - for example the old china bowls are crazed and brown on their bases. None of it matches up - a quick trip to IKEA or similar for a matching set of everything would make a much better impression. A coffee table near the sofa would make the room more comfortable and above all the harsh lighting comprised of bare lightbulbs in every room made an otherwise sweet apartment rather depressing at night time. The old dining table should be sanded and lacquered - or covered with a table cloth as it is very scratched and stained. At least one side light is needed in the living room to soften this atmosphere. A cheese grater and cutting knife would be handy in the kitchen. The pillows on the bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable ( and perhaps more than just two would be nice) - although the mattress was very good. Similar, inexpensive, suggestions have also been made by other guests and should be acted on to make a really good place fantastic. Despite these issues we really liked the place and the owner and would recommend it to others visiting Oristano.

Great location! Close to the town, shopping, cafes…everything we needed. Having included parking was a huge bonus. It was also just a short drive to many of Sardinia’s beautiful beaches, making it an excellent base for discovering the region.
