Mooi modern appartement. Beneden woonkamer, keuken en badkamer. Boven ruime slaapkamer met badkamer en dakterras. Goed coolings systeem in huis. Fijn contact met eigenaar. Ligging middenin centrum maar toch rustig . Alles op loopafstand aanwezig. Oristano een leuk centrum, levendig maar niet super toeristisch. Parkeren kan in de straat.
Niks! Evt een lekkere stoel/lounge op terras zou van toegevoegde waarde zijn. Nu prima eettafel met stoelen.

Ruim huisje met alle comfort. Op een boogscheut van centrum en winkels maar toch heel rustige buurt (met de ramen open geslapen).
Airco in slaapkamer had het wat moeilijker gezien wandmodel waarbij koude lucht onderaan op vloer blijft hangen en warme lucht boven moeilijk koelt. Benedenverdieping wel koel genoeg.

Massimo war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir sind mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby gereist und die Wohnung war für uns sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage war toll. Man ist mitten in der Innenstadt hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants. Zu den schönsten Stränden auf der Sinishalbinsel braucht man 20 min. mit dem Auto.
