at the reception, the girl said that the hotel closes after 22:00 and if we are going to go to dinner outside the hotel and do not have time to return, we will spend the night in the car or somewhere else. do not go to the lake through the hotel. it is not clear how to get to the pool everything is closed.

During our 9 nights long stay in Italy this was the best accomodation. The staff is very friendly.

The breakfast is very good, and there are home-made sweets. The rooms are comfortable, and nice. Also the staff is very helpful, and kind. We came from Hungary, and hotel staff spoke to us in Hungarian, as she (Julia) knew Hungarian. Also her home made sweets were very good. And we could easily exchange our room that was too noisy to a more quiet one, so they handled quickly and easily our problems.

The hotel is next to a national road, therefore sometimes there is high traffic load, and it makes some of the rooms noisy. But the hotel staff is glad to help you in such case.

Quiet scenic and relaxing

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and did well with English as we speak next to no Italian. Rooms had beautiful views over the gardens grape vines towards the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, they provided gluten free options for my step mother and the coffee was excellent. Would highly reccomend

Showers are on the smaller side though this is to be expected in the countryside and was something we expected.

It’s located near the two lakes (Lago di Santa Massenza and Lago di Toblino), within 5 mins of walking you can reach either. We explored a bit around Trentino, it was fascinating. If it’s your first time to visit here, try ‘Funivie Molveno Pradel S.P.A.’ this place for a gondola/cable car to take you to the mountains. For water activities, like kayak or surfing, try ‘WINDVALLEY - surfcenter, sport & bar’. For these two above mentioned, you can reach either in about 40mins by car. The hotel is clean and tidy. Plenty private car park space. The view from the room is beautiful. They have a pool outside in the back yard and a little garden. The yard is just next to lake Santa Massenza. The breakfast was very good. There’s one restaurant next to the hotel, I would recommend to make reservations at busy season. Otherwise its gonna be a looooong wait.

The location offered is very beautiful, next to the lake, with a large garden, swimming pool and mountain view. The breakfast was also good.

Close to bus station, close to lake, have its own pool,

Old facilities, no kettle for hot water , hotel stuff asked to charge extra to have hot water to make tea, tv is tiny, breakfast is very humble and doesn’t suffice.

Good for short stay

We've spend at the hotel only one night so we didn't check all the spa and pool options. The room and bathroom was ok, simple, clean. Ok. Personnel was very helpful and polite. Everything was fine. Very good for a short stay. If I were to stay longer I would probably look for something different.

The restaurant actually should be called restaurant, maybe snack bar, because on the menu there are only sandwiches, salads and things like that. ;)
