Very good but no laundry

The apartment is nice and clean, has large balcony with a view. The kitchen is very well equipped. 5-7 min walk to Tasch railway station.

No washing machine or laundry service, reception was not able to help. No drying rack. Really strange for an apartment targeted to skiers. No pans in the kitchen, only pots

Would definitely stay there again

Good location; very clean; quiet; nice view from the balcony; the apartment had everything we needed. The lift was a plus when coming back from long mountain hikes. Staff were really nice and friendly.

We liked everything. Maybe the only thing would be the working area in the kitchen was very limited - but it didn’t bother us that much as we didn’t cook.

Guesthouse, no hotel!

Comfortabel beds. Kitchen so you can cook yourself. Saves a lot of money. Zermatt is super expensive. Location near train station.

I think some of the reviews are from the city hotel. Which are actually two different things. Do not expect hotel service. We didn’t receive any clean towels, trash wasn’t picked up, no breakfast etc. Reviews are inconsistent with reality. It’s small, no separate bedroom. Good enough, though. Pretty much as you can see in the pictures. You won’t be spending a lot of time there anyway. But don’t expect this to be a hotel (you just pick up your key at a nearby hotel). It’s a guesthouse which isn’t really how it’s advertised on here, especially if you read the reviews. But it met our requirements. Kitchen and balcony were perfect for dinner.

Apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien situado

Apartamento funcional, bastante limpio, con espacios para guardar tanto la ropa como las cosas de aseo. La cama muy cómoda y la terraza muy agradable. La cocina con menaje correcto y utensilios para fregar. Sitio muy tranquilo y muy cerca de la estación de tren y supermercado

Que tuviera moqueta en la zona de la cama. Informaban que había cafetera y no tenía filtros, por lo que no pudimos utilizarla. La cortina del baño a mejorar y la bañera muy alta
