Apartment Castor und Pollux-1 by Interhome

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Very easy access to the property.

Lacked some supplies eg soap, shampoo, cooking oil.

Great price and location. Appartement had everything we needed.

Check-in was a total mess. We did not receive any instructions besides being told that "the key will be in the door." We did not know the exact address and had to search for it on Google Maps. We were also not informed that there would be two houses or which one was ours. We did not receive any instructions about where exactly to find the key. It turned out to be in a lockbox belonging to a different house. Once we found the lockbox, we had to call customer service because we had not been given the access code. Unfortunately, that phone call was not cheap. Check-out was at 10:00 a.m., which is quite early compared to many other accommodations. As we were leaving the house at exactly 10:00, the cleaning staff rang the doorbell at the same moment. All in all, the accommodation was very nice, but the check-in and check-out processes could have been much smoother.
