The views were amazing, the reason for my booking and it did not fail. The property was nice and clean and cute, just the right size. You could watch the views for hours while eating your breakfast, lunch or tea. I would definitely come back, whatever the weather. We came end of October, we came to snow and from the next days it was lovely warm weather, perfect for walks.
Nothing not to like. Only thing I would say is that the bed pillows need changing. They were quite uncomfortable. I had to use the sofa cushions to sleep in.

Location was great and the room is nice with a good view.
We agree a price on Booking.com and then get stung with an extra 70 euro of expenses for sheets and towels. This is a scam. Every hotel or airbnb I have ever stayed in has provided towels and sheets as part of the service. It's not ok to just add this on after the price has been agreed. My feeling is the guy who is managing it is either getting paid extra through this or they are trying to pay less to booking.com. either way the price should be the price.

Cooking facilities were great.
Flies. The flies were insane. There were hundreds of them and no traps or deterrents.

Amazing location and everything you need for a family stay near Zermatt. Great communication with the owners and fantastic views. Would definitely come again, one of our favourite stays

- location and views - you don't even pay attention to the interior (which is atmospheric, with lots of wood) - you spend all your time looking out of the window or sitting on the terrace ;-) )
- parking under the house (although a safety barrier would make parking more comfortable)
- an incredible amount of dishes, cutlery, etc., including a full set for fondue and raclette (this is really rare in rented flats, usually there is one set per guest and you have to wash up over and over again)
- welcome gift
- discount card for attractions in the area
- The path leading to the apartment definitely needs attention.
- Very early check-out (by 9 a.m.).
- You have to pay extra for bed linen and towels, which I have not encountered in other private apartments.
- The owners should provide bins for waste sorting - you cannot expect tourists to take their rubbish to the town.

The chalet is perfect! It is spacious with fantastic views. It has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ. It is less than a 15 minute drive from Täsch, there are multiple supermarkets within biking distance or a medium walk. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Definitely would try and book it and come back again.
The TV is a bit old but we were not here to watch TV. Just cherish the nature there.

This is a great location as a "basecamp" for exploring the area. Views from the patio and windows are stunning. The studio apartment has everything needed for your stay. Best of all, the owner, Maximilian, is a gem of a gentleman: kind, helpful, and fun.
The beds are a little hard for my liking.

The location was perfect and the chalet had almost everything we needed, with a fully supplied kitchen, a living and dining area and a large balcony with an incredible view, as well as easy parking.
The woman that we were supposed to contact upon arrival in order to get our key, was unresponsive to calls, but did respond after about 10 minutes through text. This was frustrating after a full day of traveling. Also, the house was full of flies, which didn't bother us too much but can be a tad annoying.

Beautiful location, very comfortable and clean, host was flexible regarding check-in and check-out
Location was difficult to reach, from the train station you need to take a bus and then walk quite a bit uphill or wait for another bus. Also don’t be surprised by additional fees for tourist tax, linens, etc. €20+ per person.

Warm house
Fully equipped
Sheets and duvets were offered after extra payment on cash(on swiss cash) but the beds were not made so we had to made our beds on our own. Also the towels had a bad smell of humidity.
As the building was full of visitors the water wasn't enough and we did not have warm water for all of us to take a shower.

Clean, easy access and beautiful mountains view.
Very kind people on the phone to guide us
Around 50 meters from the street (no noise from cars)
Everything we needed was there. Clean and spacious bathrooms
Warm inside and plenty of space to sleep.
Parking isn't easy to find and not in front (~100m from the house).
Hot water was quick to disappear 🥶 not the best for winter.
Washing machine (dish) doesn't work well.

Great location. Perfect for a friends trip, the house is provided with nice spaces to enjoy evenings together. We liked the presence of kitchen supply and wine glasses. The terrace is amazing and has a wonderful view.
There could be a very basic food supply (there was no salt!) and something for the bathroom (no shower gels). Also, we had to do our own beds, despite paying for the sheets service. Finally, the check out (at 9 am) could be postponed a bit.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations.
I also read all the reviews and must say the owners improved much of what was mentioned as negative. You are met at the house, you don't need to find the place to get the keys. There was soap in the bathroom and the towels were ok. We liked the wooden interior of the rooms. The bathroom is quite good and modern. We also used the public transport as the bus stop is just 50 m from the house. But keep in mind: the bus tickets down to St. Niklaus and return are about 20 euros for 2 people, but to leave your car at the carpark at the railway station (a lot of places available) is just 5 euros for a day. We followed the advice of Frau Imbogen and used the cable car to Jungen (can be reached easily from the railway station in Sankt Niklaus) - a wonderful place for hiking. You can walk to Grächen, a nice village just 2 km from the house. Also Zermatt is just 40 min by train. We would certainly come again.
There are still some small things one must put up with. You can't park your car at the house, the parking places available are 100 m from the house (but you can use a wheelbarrow to carry things!). There is a light unpleasant smell of the sewage in the bathroom. The towels were not dried properly and had unpleasant smell. There are no restaurants or shops very close to the house. Apart from that everything was ok.

The host was rude, spoilt the experience of a good stay.

The view.
I was threatened by this host, demanding money from us in cash (additional to the payment made through booking.com).
There was extra 50CHF (for bed linen and “tax”) that we had to pay, which I knew before the arrival. However, the way this host handled it was quite unacceptable and in a very bad manner. As soon as we arrived, the first word the ‘host’ said was ‘have you got money?’, instead of a warm welcome. I said we can pay by card (as we don’t take cash with us in this Covid era, nor have we needed cash anywhere else in Switzerland the last 2 weeks). But the host said he can only accept cash, and almost made us to go to an atm in the town in the dark late that night. I explained we have a baby with us and can’t really do that, instead I can bring the money in the evening between 7-9pm the next day.
When we arrived, the ‘bed linen’ was a very old used bed linen that wasn’t even properly set on the bed.
So the next day, the host text us at 6.30pm asking when I can bring money. I said 7-9pm as I promised the day before. The reply was ‘9 o'clock is maximum! otherwise I will inform the owner’. Then I received another text before 9pm ‘please put the money in my mailbox tonight. otherwise I'll be on your doorstep tomorrow at 7 a.m.!’ We did have money and paid before 9pm that day. We made sure to get a receipt for this despite the ‘host’ being reluctant at first.
I found the host begging for money and treating us in this way wasn’t right. Especially suspicious that they would demand money additional to that paid through booking.com.
Speaking of the chalet itself, it completely lacked hospitality. Just a half toilet paper for the whole family, no shampoo, no tea or coffee. Wifi didn’t work at all. The bathroom had a bad smell.
Parking our car was an entire o

The chalet is divided and we have stayed in the below part. The place we have slept has everything we need but a bit cold in the bedroom and noise because of the guests on top but this was not at all.a problem because we had a great view and the house is close to the Graschen ski station . The owners were also very helpful and nice with us.
I just suggest to buy something to open the wine bottles and have more towels available

Chata je na konci vesnice, takže poskytuje vedle krásných výhledů i velkou míru soukromí. Byli jsme ubytovaní v horní části kterou nazývají mezonetem - jde o přízemí a podkroví.
