Good location (in the centre of Kowloon), near to metro/bus stations and convenience store, also next to Temple Street Night Market, good 24h laundry at first floor works really well, towels changed every day.
The bathroom is a bit tiny, there is just one elevator and it can take a long time to get on.

The building doesn't have many lifts 🛗. During rush hours you have to wait.

Room was clean, and efficiently laid out for such a small area. Good shower, aircon, and lighting
Very small room, with no space for luggage, other than on the bed. A tiny desk, but no chair, so almost impossible to work with laptop.
