Tempo Inn - West Kowloon HSR Station

Good location

The location is great as to accessibility, a 5 minute walk from Jordan mtr station exit A and the famous temple night market street food is just around the corner of the building but you can actually see it from the room window(room 113). The place is good and the room is clean. The only downside we experienced is that during the day when they clean nearby rooms after guest left is very loud, doors that opens frequently and the loud conversation from maybe the cleaner and the receptionists. And the nonstop clanking noise of beer bottles down stairs every night. But I like the place overall and would definitely recommend it friends and may go back again in Tempo Inn. 👍👍👏👏

Affordable place in Hong Kong. The place is clean, good wifi and the personell is friendly. Recommended!

This is in a really dilapidated building with very poor arrival instructions & was much more expensive than much nicer rooms in the area, however this booking was mad on a Saturday night so there weren’t many choices. We were standing outside in the front of the building for a while trying to figure out how to get in & managed to inside with the help of another person that showed us where to go, On arrival outside of their door, there is a phone on the wall with a # to call which I tried repeatedly just getting a busy signal. There is a note saying to ring the buzzer, but the buzzer was ripped off the wall. (I saw it was replaced when we left). Another person showed up that had a key card & he tried repeatedly to use it to no avail. I emailed the host & got a response almost right away & the other person was able to get through on the phone right after that. At the same time another guest inside had heard our repeated knocking on the door & opened it. There was no host present at the desk & we stood around confused as to what to do next. We heard the phone outside the door ringing & went out to answer it & was given the appropriate instructions. We then asked if it was possible to have a later check-out as our flight was later in the day & was told it would be $75. HK to check out an hour later @ 12:00. Upon arrival at the room, we found comfortable beds (not the hard Asian ones) and the place very clean. The very tiny barred window looked like a jail cell window & had a sign stating not to open it. The little room was very roughly finished as it it was a shed. The bed configuration was better than most of the HK rooms like this making it more spacious inside, however the rough bathroom was really small with the shower over the sink & toilet. The Wifi was ok, & the A/C worked well, but even with that, the room was extremely stuffy. There was a shared fridge that we could use as well as a little desk & chair in the lobby area for eating at. The cleaning lady was very kind & allowed us to sit out at desk after we checked out as we had a later flight.
