Just perfect and unforgettable holidays

The apartment was clean, super comfortable beds, full kitchen and everything very nice, facing the sea, the very nice beach next to restaurants and bars where you can eat deliciously, the very friendly owner was attentive to make our stay unique and perfect, she even left us a welcome bottle of wine and water and one day she surprised us with a cake .Really nice house .

Absolutely perfect 4 night trip

Everything! The location was amazing, right across the road from the beach and such a lovely little town. It was exceptionally clean and the hospitality was unmatched. Our place was given a clean every morning and any questions we had were answered right away. We would recommend this place to absolutely anybody. It’s also nice and close to a bus stop that takes you all around the island!

Absolutely marvellous 👏👏

The Host Stella and her family are the most gorgeous people I have ever met. Nothing was an issue/problem, did my washing, recommended touring places to visit (each perfect) supermarket directly underneath the apartments, restaurants all around, beach across the road. Perfect location, close to everything. You will not be disappointed if you book this accommodation, I truly hope I get to go back one day 🩷

Lovely, relaxed few days spent here Stella was the perfect host couldn’t do enough for us , there is a shop below the property which is very handy and a small harbour with traditional tavernas 5 mins walk away , serving super authentic Greek food , also a beach 2 mins away also lovely. One word of warning which has nothing to do with the property as Stella booked us a taxi back to port which was 35 euros, we got stung however on way to property by what I now know as a private transfer company toting for business near the taxi line, they charged us 60 euros, so don’t make the same mistake 👍

beautiful view kind family run hotel

This property was very clean. the bed was super comfortable. the view was fabulous! it is in a quiet little part of Paros away from the main towns. wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the beach and crystal clear waters! I had a minor accident here Stella and her family took the best care of me taking me the 20 minute drive to the hospital both on the day of injury and the next day for a follow up. this hotel is family run with pride and kindness! truly great warm people!

Exceptional

The apartments are very close to the beautiful Logaras and Piso Livadi beaches which are not very crowded. You also have the option to take a bus to other towns or beaches, the bus station is 30 m from the acommodation. The studio was very clean with very comfortable beds. The host was very welcoming, friendly and oustandigly hospitable, treating us occasionally with very tasty homemade sweets. It was a dream vacation at Carmel Studios, we will definitely come back!

the place was absolutely beautiful. the staff were so kind and helpful. they brought us cake multiple times and even gave us a little farewell gift. the place was clean and a perfect location to the beach and restaurants. I can highly recommend staying here. it was the perfect place for our holiday in Paros.

Great location and lovely owner!

We were made to feel welcome right from the start - with some local wine and water in our room. Stella was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She helped arrange PCR tests, taxis and recommended places to eat and visit. We loved sitting on the terrace in the mornings and evenings, overlooking the beach and the ocean - such a great setting. The location was perfect for us - a hop over the road to the lovely Logaras beach and a short walk over the hill into Piso Livadi to visit the pretty fishing village where there were tavernas and tourist information places etc. The room we were in was spacious and spotless - cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets every few days..

Hosts are absolutely amazing. It’s a great value for money. Location is good but it depends on the intentions. If you prefer night life, stay in Naussa cause commute in the evenings are hard by bus cause last bus is at 12 or 1am (early).

Home, away from home

If you are searching for a place that feels like home, this is where to book! I’ve been to Greece many times but never found a place like this before. Not only the apartments are comfortable and right in front of the beach, but also the owner (Stella) is the most heartwarming and amazing host I’ve ever met. She’s a host, a friend, a family member all in one! Very well located right in front Logaras beach with wonderful sea view from the balconies, sparkling clean, well furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed. Just a few minutes walk from Piso Livadi (the Marina) full of great restaurants and little shops...oh I almost forgot, literally 10steps and you’ll find the mini market where you can buy anything you might need (groceries, souvenirs etc etc). Will definitely recommend it!! Thanks for everything, you made our stay fantastic ❤️

Wonderful stay at Carmels Studios.

Our host Stella was very courteous and kind. Small gifts af cake, wine and a thank you gift were greatly appreciated. The apartment was in an excellent location with close proximity to Logaras beach and restaurants.

Incantevole soggiorno

La struttura si affaccia sull’incantevole spiaggia di Logara. Posizione tranquilla ma strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piso Livadi e dalla bellissima Marpissa. Struttura curata e molto pulita. Stella, la proprietaria, è sempre stata gentilissima, disponibile e piena di attenzioni. Ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di ottimo vino locale, nel frigo ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, succo di frutta e ottime torte fatte in casa. Al momento della partenza ci ha regalato del profumatissimo origano raccolto da lei, che ancora oggi ci ricorda di quell’incantevole soggiorno. Non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio.

C’était parfait

Stella et toute son équipe ont été formidables, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Je recommande cet établissement ! La plage se trouve à seulement 30 mètres et de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour à Paros.

Posizione fantastica per visitarel’isola, con le più belle spiagge facilmente raggiungibili, facilit di parcheggio e ristorazione, appartamento incantevole con pulizia e cambio biancheria quotidiano, spazio esterno meraviglioso con terrazza incantevole affacciata sulla spiaggia e sul mare. Accoglienza e piccole coccole con una genuina generosità da farci sentire a casa e in famiglia! Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità e i giorni di puro relax trascorsi da voi!

Una posizione comodissima, con spiaggia e market a due passi e una vista mozzafiato. La proprietaria è stata prodiga di numerosi utili consigli su spiagge e locali, cordiale ed estremamente ospitale e accogliente, in modo autentico, tanto da creare un’atmosfera familiare e piacevole, pur mantenendo la giusta riservatezza. Lo stesso vale per il personale che si occupa delle pulizie: efficienti, gentili, discreti. Non potrei desiderare di meglio.

Sehr herzlicher Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns den Aufenthalt deutlich verbessert! Freundlicher Empfang trotz einigen Sprachbarieren konnte sie uns immer weiterhelfen. Sie hat uns auch Strandtücher und einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Ihre Familie die vor Ort lebt war auch sehr freundlich. An unserem letzten Tag wurde uns noch Gebäck ins Zimmer gestellt und auch der „Check-Out“ war sehr entspannt.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider nicht wirklich und so war es immer sehr Heiss im Zimmer.

Las zonas exteriores comunes.

El apartamento que se nos asignó es interior, con ventanas a pasillos, sin vistas y con muy poca luz natural. Le hace falta una actualización de mobiliario, electrodomésticos, menaje de cocina…. La única ventilación del baño es una ventana que da al interior del apartamento. El baño es minúsculo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el apartamento es para 5 personas. Solo había 4 sillas (apartamento para 5 personas).
