Paradis beach home in Paros

The property is absolutely stunning. The gardening and the stonework out in front of the house is magnificent. The porch is HUGE-- we played games, took naps, answered emails, drank wine, etc. The access to the water is unparalleled. You walk out the front gate, across the dirt road, down 6 steps and there are 4 beach chairs and a tiki umbrella waiting for you. Internet, air-conditioning, appliances, hot water all worked beautifully. We were able to wash out our beach things- detergent provided- and hang them to dry. Stefanos was available to answer any questions and address any problems we had. There was fresh fruit (from his trees!) and a bottle of wine waiting for us in addition to local honey, bottled water, and some cookies. It was delightful! We came to Paros after several days in Athens and so we were ready for some R&R. We stayed at the house and just enjoyed the sun, water, and quiet for the most part. We did have one fancy dinner out in the town of Nassou and that was really delicious!

Merciiii pour tout tout tout! Maria and Stefanos were perfect hosts, very caring throughout our vacation. It was very hard to leave this place that looks like paradise. There are not enought words to describe how much we enjoyed the quietness, the amazing scenery and the comfort of the sea. We will keep those precious memories forever. We enjoyed this Lovely house !!

Maria and Stephanos’ house was just perfect for our two couple stay for 10 days. The bedrooms were easily cooled with their air conditioners, the kitchen was well equipped for the three ecenibgscwe cooked or grilled in. The patio overlooking the sea and Naxos beyond was heavenly and we could lounge their for breakfast and for evening means, drinks, late night ouzo and card games. The moonrise over the sea for three nights was magnificent. Maria and her family offered us dinner one evening so we had a chance to share and get to know Stephanos, her two charming daughters, and her mother over several hours. Maria was the perfect hostess, providing us our privacy yet giving us important advice on when and where we could hear live bazouki music, quiet beaches when it was windy, and warning us about possible cancelled ferries due to high winds so we could plan our departure accordingly. She’s a warm and ebullient woman who gave us her own marmalade and oregano. The kitchen was stocked with water, some of her own chickens’ eggs, and coffee so we could start our visit in great style. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her seaside home.
