This is a great value, comfortable hotel right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is in a nice, safe, quiet area a couple of blocks from the main street. There are several good value local eateries nearby, and the whole area is very relaxed compared to the main street. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who likes a good value, clean hotel, with great staff.
