The host Stefania and her staff and the best thing about Thelesi. Absolutely wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. Location is very good

We had a lovely stay. The host Stefania was very kind and helpful. The location was also excellent, very close to the beach. We only missed a holder for the shower head but next year there will be renovations, so we expect this will be resolved. It's definitely a place we would go back to!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The pool was also kept very clean and the position of the accommodation was very good, close to the beach and to other amenities.

an appropriate value for the money considering this was one of the cheapest hotels near Chania having still a swimming pool
our double room only had one air conditioner. The wifi in the room was very week. The kitchen equipment was rudimentary. The bed mattresses were rather hard for our taste/standard.
