This place is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. The food was delicious. I cannot say anything bad about my experience at all. I will definitely be back.

This was by far the best hotel we ever visited. All the staff members were extremely kind and made us feel so welcome. Their service was amazing and the atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and peaceful. Beautiful interior. The breakfast was delicious and they also served a great spicy margarita :)

What a wonderful stay - honestly, we couldn't have asked for better. Lovely people, who made our stay even better, and when our flight was cancelled, were so accommodating and helpful that I felt like crying! Rooms were clean with great amenities, including a hair dryer, beach towels, fridge, yoga mats and accessories, and a safe. The hotel was nice and quiet (anyone looking for wild nights may want to choose somewhere else) and we felt incredibly rested.
Now for the important bit: food and drink! The breakfast everyday was fantastic and meant we could collapse on the beach happy and full, and the service was un-intrusive and fabulous. Cocktails were delicious, bar food was also incredible, and the location was ideal - lovely stretch of beach, nice bars and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Koupes up the road for amazing dinners, as well as Kosmos (which comes with kittens!). Isola next door does very good sushi if you get tired of lamb and greek salads (not sure how!).

The location is very beautiful. The view from the room was magnificent, it was like being on a boat. The hotel building is beautifully blended into the beach. The service was outstanding. Everyday the breakfast had a new special apart from the regular selections. When you settle in one of the sunbeds of the hotel, your orders will be taken in less than five minutes and a fresh cold bottle of water will be brought. The hotel staff is extremely kind and they keep the friendliness - respecting privacy balance perfectly.
We thank to Eleni, Maria Faidra, Aliona, Dimitris, Sotiris, Alex, Katerina, Zoi, Grini, Eri, Maria and Gabrel (also thanks to Andrie, the manager, for this extraordinary team).
We want to come back as soon as possible.
I cannot provide any negative comments regarding the hotel. I may warn the future guests regarding the entire Crete: Some drivers may like speeding, please be careful when you cross streets. If you need a taxi, stick with the ones that your hotel provides. We were very happy with our airport transfer, which was arranged by the hotel.
