What we loved most was the owner, Stéphanie. She is incredibly warm and friendly and knows exactly how to run a hotel/restaurant and treat guests. She is superb! Stéphanie did everything she could to make our stay a perfect one. We also loved the breakfast and the selection she provided. It was absolutely delicious and a welcome change to what we had been eating at other hotels in Morocco. It was very windy during our stay but I was able to enjoy a quick dip in the pool and relax poolside in the sun. It is definitely place I would spend a lot of time if we had stayed in the hotter season. Parking was available on front of the Kasbah. We felt the Kasbah was located in a convenient location to everything and we would highly recommend staying there.
They were working on a septic issue during our stay so there was a bit of an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and outside where they were working. Unfortunately it was something that had to be dealt with when were there but don't let that stop you from staying there. It is likely something that all hotels in the area have to deal with at one time or another.

One of the most beautiful and highest-quality hotels we stayed at during our trip through Morocco—and not even the most expensive. The rooms were wonderful, with a simple yet modern design. Everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The dinner was very delicious, and the breakfast was both tasty and plentiful. The owner, a French expat and former stuntwoman, manages the hotel with great energy and warmth, personally taking care of all her guests.

The facilities are nice
BASIC SAFETY We booked two rooms, one for my wife and myself, one for our 3 children ages 19, 17 and 14. Our room was in the inside of the main building, our children's room was in the outside in a section facing the main road. During the night our three children developed really bad diarrea and fever, they tried to call us but our phones didn't work in our room and also the wifi was so bad that their calls didn't go through. Of course then they tried to go to our room but they had to go through the main door of the hotel which it was locked....they knocked and knocked and knocked and nobody answered. They were very close to breaking the windows of the hotel to go into it in order to reach our room but their fever went down after taking cold showers. In the morning I explained what had happened to the staff and asked for a pharmacy and they said everything was closed as it was January 1st. Of course I didn't believe them.....I just drove to the village, I asked a random person in the street for an open pharmacy and got the directions to it.
