Great location, great views from the room balcony and the roof top terrace. Good AC.

Room was a bit dark.

Good pool and the location is exceptional. You have a good view of Ait Ben Haddou.

The WiFi was not good and we also could not use our 4G. We told it to the staff and they relocated the router I think but that didn't help much so hopefully they will change that. I asked a couple weeks before if I could do my laundry and they answered yes. When we arrived I asked to do our laundry and at first he was hesitant and said that it was not possible but then I showed the message and then they did it and also on time so that was nice. In the morning they were knocking on our window I think they were cleaning something,to take out the dust but that was not nice because I was awake by that. The check out was at 12u (it was mentioned on booking) and therefore there were knocking at our door and saying there will be other customers we need to clean it. I get that but change the check out time on booking because it's not our problem if it says 12u is 12u.

If you want to spend time in Ait Ben Haddou outside of peak tourist season, this is the place to stay. The best part is the terrace, which offers a direct view of the ksars. The owner is friendly and welcoming.

If you're looking for modern, newly renovated rooms and a pool area, this isn't the place for you—but the view from the terrace more than makes up for it

Room was primitive and frigid. Heater never could catch up. It was the 13 and 14 of December but that’s no excuse. Never could get hot water so no shower. Not very happy.
