Breakfast was amazing, lots of options including vegetarian/ vegan.

The plunge pool is lovely but it’s a small area and people take the sun loungers even though not present. Maybe get rid of the loungers and have more tables and chairs so people don’t treat it as an all day lounger experience. Definitely get rid of the @ bed “ section - we witnessed a woman lying diagonally across a section for 6 people. Just selfish! If you want to use the pool but no sun loungers are free there is no where to put your stuff! Beautiful staff there though and lovely vibe . Maybe they need to limit access to say 2 hours a time.

It was clean, staff were excellent. Good location for exploring Madrid. Tour bus stop just across the street from the hotel.

Bar could have a better draft beer selection.

Nice big, clean rooms. Our room was nice and cool which was great as it was very hot in Madrid while we were there. Location couldn’t have been better. Everything you would want to see in the city is walking distance. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. Can’t fault it to be honest.

Great location. Nice rooftop terrace but I never saw the bar open and there didn’t seem to be a bathroom. The outdoor pool was tiny and the area not particularly pleasant

I just felt it was not a 4 star hotel. Very underwhelming. The reception area and the room decor felt more like a UK budget brand hotel. No free bottles of water, no robes or slippers, no body lotion. Cheap coffee and only 1 sachet of caf 1 decaf and 2 small milk for a room for 2. I’ve stayed at hotel next door before, also 4 star but much more comfortable/ luxurious and more like 4 star
