Excellent location , room was spacious and very clean. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff very kindly left us a bottle of champagne in our room. Amazing service.

We traveled as a family with two young children, ages 5 and 7, and had a wonderful stay. The room exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of size, which can be hard to find in many European hotels. It comfortably accommodated two double beds and a bunk bed for our children, giving our family plenty of space to relax. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the amount of space provided was exceptional. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and the nearby metro offered convenient access to many attractions and neighborhoods. An added bonus was the fantastic food hall located directly across the street from the hotel. It was incredibly convenient and offered a variety of dining options, making meals easy and enjoyable for our family. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

While the room was excellent in terms of size and comfortably accommodated our family, it could benefit from some updates. Certain features, such as the mirrors, appeared dated and could use a refresh. The bunk bed was sturdy and felt safe overall; however, the ladder was loose and appeared to be coming off its hinges. While we managed without any issues, it could pose a safety concern for children if not repaired and used with caution. With a few maintenance improvements and cosmetic updates, the room would be even better.

Great location. Nice rooftop terrace but I never saw the bar open and there didn’t seem to be a bathroom. The outdoor pool was tiny and the area not particularly pleasant

I just felt it was not a 4 star hotel. Very underwhelming. The reception area and the room decor felt more like a UK budget brand hotel. No free bottles of water, no robes or slippers, no body lotion. Cheap coffee and only 1 sachet of caf 1 decaf and 2 small milk for a room for 2. I’ve stayed at hotel next door before, also 4 star but much more comfortable/ luxurious and more like 4 star
