We use Borgnat for stays over several years. Always look forward to visiting and enjoy the location (church , roman excavations and wine cellar). In season they have a nice evening dinner. All in all highly recommended!

We had an issue with the heating and they upgraded us for free in order to give us a properly heated room, which was amazing. Also, the food was very good! The wine is also great, they are the full package for a super fair price!

A large attractive chateau with a rich history and old world charm. A B&B with the wonderful advantage of offering a quality four course dinner, provided you book the meal in advance. Our room had an ensuite with shower and deep bath that was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and pillows were generous in size, something we've found missing during our month long stay in France. We had a great sleep. Breakfast was a simple affair, cold boiled eggs, a croissant if you're quick. A great location to explore if you love history and quaint villages and a great location to base yourself.
Upon our arrival our host seemed irritated that I hadn't returned her calls. I explained to her that we were from Australia and I had changed my sim card, hence I wasn't responding to calls on my Australian number. I also hadn't responded to an email where we had the option of ordering dinner. Unfortunately the method of ordering wasn't clear and when I tried to activate it and select the highlighted words, it didn't appear to work. So I left it. When we arrived and I enquired about dinner we were told in a firm voice, "No dinner for you. You will have to go into town." I apologised that I hadn't returned an order, to no avail. Whilst I can appreciate that preparation for a four course meal takes time, it could have been handled more tactfully. In the morning I asked the waitress where to sit and she guided me into a room where six people (I assume French) were seated on a 9 seat table. I motioned to sit down and one of male guests rudely and firmly said, 'No.' and motioned me away. I appreciate this issue wasn't under the control of the host. The point I would make is that was the first negative experience I had in France. At previous stays the hosts go out of there way to ensure that non French people are included in the experience. Oh, and some of this group of six doubled up on the croissants and I didn't get a look in. After a month in France I was beginning to think that French arrogance didn't exist and then I get a double dose. In the morning at check out the host poured on the charm, but it was too late.

Very pretty in a lovely village.
Mobility issues. Breakfast was quite sparse. Only 4 teabags in room - all herbal. Quite difficult to find where to pay!!
