About this house rental
Four-family house in a residential village surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation 400 meters from the sea in a beautiful bay with breathtaking views and direct access to the different beaches. Large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a court with a large shower and laundry. External veranda with garden facing the shared swimming pool in the four-family lot. Ample outdoor parking, tennis courts, soccer, bowls and beach volleyball. Inside the village there is a panoramic bar where you can enjoy great breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners with candlelight.
Tips and Activities
Many restaurants in the area where you can enjoy excellent meat and fish dishes. Sardinian cuisine is also rich in sweets. Great menu at the "LE DUNE" Kiosk directly on the beach, where you can enjoy, besides the typical dishes, fresh salads and good sandwiches. Lovely setting for breakfast as well. The village bar is called "Shardan" and there are also great breakfasts, fabulous aperitifs and fish and meat dinners. If you want to enjoy a good pizza there are several structures adjacent to the village: The 4 MORI, The Grotto and Sa Mola. Another restaurant with good pizza and great fish is the JANAS. Do not miss the fresh produce you can find all the way around the village. Well supplied supermarkets located 5 minutes from the village. Go find the Turist Point guys in the wooden kiosk on the road to the observatory, you will find many excursions for fabulous trips to the sea, trekking, etc. Near the village you can visit an ancient Nuraghe Aleri (ancient typical Sardinian buildings).

We had a perfect stay in the house of Nadia. A warm welcome in a very well equipped house. The airconditioning, we used a bit before going to bed, the kitchen (oven, stove, but also bowls and plastic tubs),
The garden and pool were well taken care off. We used the pool with the 3 other apartments, but when we went in it was mostly only our family.
The rules are not too strict, as long as you mind the resting hours, don’t make noise, you cannier the pool all day. No swimming cap required. The outside shower by the house is perfect.
The surroundings are beautiful. Beautiful beaches, nice beach bars and a lot of good restaurants very close by.
The football field is also nice.
If we had questions, Nadia answered quick. We communicated by WhatsApp.

Il residence rispondeva perfettamente alle aspettative viste sul sito, piscina
campi sportivi e mare a due passi. Ottima posizione per chi cerca sia la bellezza dell'isola che la tranquillità. Spiagge belle e mai affollate.Consigliatissimo per le famiglie
