About this house rental
Terraced ground floor with large private garden with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living room. Patio with dining area. Outside shower. Private parking. The accommodation is located within the perimeter of the residential complex "Zinnibiri", consisting of 25 housing units in Marina di Tertenia. Within the complex there is a common swimming pool open during the months of July and August. The beach, free or equipped, is located about 400 m. Walking to the beach or hiking in the mountains are possible without the use of the machine.

Great stay with fantastic views. Very nice pool and friendly people around. Location is a bit away from restaurants etc but you need the car anyway to reach the accommodation due to the steep climb. Overal we loved it!

Because it is in a very rural neighborhood, it is very relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and the view from the terasse.
