Had a great time

It is perfect for families. You can stay by the pool(it also has a small pool for children), there is a playground for children, can take a ride with the free bikes. There is a lot of space for children to run and be safe. We already been there 3 years in a row.

People are banging the front door of the house at 10-11 in the evening and it isn't very pleasant when you are trying to put your 3-year-old to sleep.

Nice surroundings and pool area. Close to the beach. Good breakfast (but not worth the price).

We had one dubble room and one appartement. The cleaning in neither of them were satisfying. No cleaning in the appartement at all during our stay. Floors were dirty and it smelled dirty cleaning cloth. We told the staff about this and they promised to come have a look at the cleaning but didn't show up.

The open grounds, good breakfast, pool if you don't want to go the beach is great. Nice playground for the children.

The noise from the people with teenagers upstairs, running around until 12 at night. The staff was very nice and tried to manage the situation

the property is very beautiful and located in a quiet and charming area. the room was perfect, the breakfast was personalised and frankly exceptional, the staff super nice. even the air conditioning was set up on the perfect level for a great night sleep without being too harsh. oh and they are very welcoming with dogs, which is not something you find everywhere! honestly this place is a dream :-)

Un lieu unique, très beau entre lagunes et champs. Tout est accessible (repas, snack) et pensé pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers . Des activités conviviales organisées. L accueil de Francesca et son équipe chaleureux. On s y sentait comme à la maison

Super relax s rodinou

Měli jsme k dispozici velkou terasu se slunečníkem, což bylo moc fajn, protože vevnitř už nezbývalo moc místa na pohodlné sezení v pěti lidech. Celkově je areál rezidence moc hezký a dá se v něm trávit klidně celý den - je k dispozici pěkný bazén s lehátky, houpací sítě, dětské hřiště, sportovní vybavení na badminton, ping pong a další sporty. Navíc jsou k dispozici zdarma kola, což je super na jízdu na pláž nebo do městečka, když nechcete vždy autem - dá se dojet celkem pohodlně po cyklostezkách, v okolí je mnoho cyklistů, tak je to pro ně celkem i připravené. Na recepci je také k dispozici bar, kde si můžete dát kávu, nějaké drinky nebo zmrzlinu - příjemné na trávení času u bazénu. Taky jsme si moc pochutnávali na snídaních, které jsou sice trochu dražší (myslím, že 16 eur na dospělou osobu za den, 10 eur pro dítě), ale bylo to pro nás nejpohodlnější a výběr byl fajn. V areálu je k vidění i pár zvířátek - králíci, slepice, krocani a dá se projít hezkou procházkou podél kanálu, bohužel nikam jinam pěšky moc jít nejde. K dispozici jsou i venkovní grily s posezením, ty jsme ale nevyužili. Celkově se nám pobyt moc líbil, určitě se zas někdy rádi vrátíme.

V koupelně v hlavní ložnici byl velmi hlučný větrák, který se spouštěl vždy s hlavním světlem, takže jsme museli používat jen menší světlo nad zrcadlem. Nic hrozného, jen trochu otravné. Kuchyň je hodně maličká, neumím si představit tam něco vařit, spíš je to na přípravu nějaké svačiny a uvaření kávy nebo čaje.

Összességében kellemes kikapcsolódás volt, szívesen visszajönnénk még:)

Gyönyörű környezet, nagy terek, stílusos szállás, finom, bár kicsit egyhangú reggeli. Nagy és tiszta a medence, van gyerek része is. A kerékpározás lehetőségét nagyon jól ki tudtuk használni, 20 perc volt a Porto Santa Margherita strand. Kisgyerekes családoknak szerintem nagyszerű. Nagy terek, sokan kutyával is voltak, nekik is szuper hely lehet. Olyanoknak ajánlanám, akik kicsit természetközelibb helyen szeretnének megszállni, de azért elérhető távolságra legyen a városközpont és a part is.

Vegetáriánusok/vegánok számára nincs sok opció a reggelinél.

Bel residence, sito nella campagna veneta e vicinissima alla località marittima di Caorle. Molto bello il paesaggio, la struttura e la tranquillità che essa ci ha trasmesso fin dal primo momento del nostro arrivo. Deliziosa la chiesetta sulla sponda del fiume

Schönes, unkompliziertes Areal unter Pinien

Das Areal ist wunderbar. Riesengroß, weitläufig, sehr schöne Pools, Räder und Spielzeug unkompliziert zur freien Entnahme. Hasen, Hühner, Boule, Fußball, großes Grillareal, Spielplatz und ein Buffet, das ein paar snacks und Getränke anbietet und diese sogar zum Pool oder zur Wohnung bringt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ferienwohnung für uns sehr groß, 2 Bäder sehr angenehn, super Klimaanlage. Frühstück sehr gut! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Es ist nicht 100% sauber (in den Ecken teils recht verstaubt, die Liege auf unserer Terrasse hat eher schlecht gerochen). Warum am Samstag Nachmittag und am Sonntag um 9 Uhr früh wer mit dem Rasentraktor fahren muss, verstehen wir nicht.

Tágas, pihenésre remekül alkalmas hely!

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes volt számunkra. Az apartman elrendezése is tetszett nekünk. A terület tágas és remekül felszerelt volt. Szerettem a nagy hűtőszekrényt és a jól felszerelt konyhát. A medence és a napozóágyakkal bőségesen ellátott udvar fantasztikus volt!

Érkezésünkkor nekünk kellett felsöpörni, mert az egész apartman nagyon koszos volt. Egyik nap reggel 9-től délután fél 3-ig nem volt áram a teljes területen, amiről nem tájékoztattak minket előre, holott (mint utóbb kiderült), tervezett áramszünet volt. Ha ezt velünk is előre megosztják, jobban tudtunk volna a helyzethez alkalmazkodni.
