About this house rental
Please don’t forget you’re hot tub towels.We do supply everything else...We are now an easy 5 minute walk to the new MT Washington Recreation path...ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! 10:00 sharp check out time for july and august.
Must bring hot tub towels, we will supply everything else.
Stand alone beautiful home with gas grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wood stove and fire pit and much more. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with pudding pond trail head only minutes away and only 5 minutes to the Village. The home offers a total of three bedrooms--two bedrooms upstairs both queen size beds with a futon as well and two sets of bunks in lower area. The main area is an open kitchen, dining living room with table and counter seating for the whole group. There are plenty of TV's which you can access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., videos as well as owners' 500+ digital movie library from all Rokus, and wifi. The lower level also offers a place for the kids to hang out and play which is nice for the parents.. No need to pack up high chair, booster seat or pack and play as we have them too. Lots of people have to work on vacation so we added a nice work area. We have thought of everything so no need to pack anything but you,food and your clothes. There is a second/private entrance to the downstairs sleeping area.
One dog allowed.
The location of this property is perfect as your 3 miles to settle green tax free outlets, 2 miles to Mt Cranmore and only 1 mile to village.

The family room was welcoming and inviting and where we spent most of our time. This property was well labeled which was a very pleasant addition. Loved how close it was to everything and how well stocked .

We had such a wonderful experience and Keri was on point. So attentive checking in with us. Loved how close it was to so many attractions and the hot tub was a wonderful benefit. I highly recommend staying here

This property is in a good location and the host is very responsive, however we found the home extremely dated and just ok. At 400.00 a night total, we expected beds to be comfortable (in one room upstairs I kept rolling into my spouse all night due to angle downward, the other room's bed an old flimsy mattress that squeaked loudly with any movement. Pillows sheets and towels were old need a refresh. (hot tub towels were great however) On a positive note the jacuzzi tub was outstanding.
