We were upgraded which very nice
Although upgraded to a better room the bathroom was very tired and the sink in the bathroom was pealing! Which really let the room down
The cost of using swimming pool for residents is outrageous

Good breakfast, polite staff.
The hotel was cold the room was cold we had to call reception for someone to turn up our heating. The room we were sat in for the wedding and the party was so so cold.
The bar area near the reception, we was left standing around waiting to order a drink.
My daughter’s room 338 had beard shavings that had not cleaned up before we got there. Her central heating also did not work.
My daughter went to the swimming pool and a girl who was staying at the hotel tried stealing her designer flip flops she reported it to your staff who looked into it and we managed to get the flip flops back but that person was allowed to continue staying at the hotel which is a disgrace. The girl carried on walking around the hotel like nothing had happened sitting in the breakfast room and making it very difficult for my family.
So many things wrong with our stay. We would never want to stay at this hotel again.
