    Came as a solo traveller for my birthday, after letting the team aware I had a room upgrade and complimentary spa acess, A gorgeous surprise in my room also, rhe facilities were exceptionally clean and the hotel itself was comfortable amd quiet, I will be returning. Thank you

    Decor is a bit dated, but friendly staff who are thoughtful. Nice touches around the Hotel like cookies in reception, popcorn in the bar and we even had a Happy Anniversary message in our room on arrival. Rooms are comfy and a good size. Gym has everything you need. Great outside jacuzzi.

    OK hotel, clean rooms and facilities, too far to walk to town, expected to pay £15 extra if we wanted to use the pool, so we didn’t. Below airport flight path so pretty noisy, walls very thin so could hear other rooms. Some staff rather clueless, would not stay here .again.
