Location and good beds.

Too much stuff everywhere. Xmas ornaments, a bit suffocating because of stuff.

The hosts were very responsive and communication with them was great. Check in instructions were very clear and the process was smooth. The location of the apartment is ideal and the apartment itself very nice and clean! Good value for money as well, especially in the high ski season :)

We found the check in-check out time unreasonable. Check in is quite late - 4pm (normal times are either 2 or 3pm) and check out time was 10am which is a bit absurd especially since the check in time is so late. Again - normal check out times tend to be 11am or 12am. In our opinion a normal would be check in 3pm - check out 11am. Also, I understand you are on top of things but it was unnecessary to send messages and call multiple times 15 minutes after 10am. We did check out slightly later and we appreciate it, but in general - I think you should simply give people more time in order to avoid unnecessary stress early in the morning :) Another point is that I was charged both for the initial 30% deposit and then for the full amount with no reminder and no notification about it from either Booking or Happy Rentals - you should communicate with the guests this and send emails upon charge so people are aware. Not sure if this is on Booking's side to handle, but definitely it was frustrating seeing card charges with no information or invoice whatsoever. I had to ask for invoice separately for each of the charges (it was provided quickly by HappyRentals, but it's something that should be done without asking)

WiFi usually does not work.

Only 1 pot usable for induction stove , all others not. WiFi covers not all points inside the apartment. Apartment ultra small and tiny. No free parking place close to the appartment. Noisy restaurants below the balcony.
