Nomads House

The general aesthetic of this small set of apartments/rooms is really very pleasing on the eye - a lot of thought has gone into the overall look and feel of the place, along with the lovely gardens and pathways. It's a truly lovely place to arrive at (there's secure parking too). As the name suggests, it's very pared back and simple, and really more suitable for short stays as you roam the islands. The owners are warm, friendly and really helpful both with tips and recommendations in the area and making your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spotless and spacious, the beds are superbly comfortable and very large, and the bathroom was exactly the right size and as tasteful as the room. It also had a large terrace from where we could enjoy the garden. And although the guys said they clean every second day, they came to our room everyday to clean while we were gone. Amazing! Location wise, it couldn't be better - almost on Logaras Beach and a short walk into the very charming and buzzy Piso Livadi promenade and harbour with all it's bars, restaurants & shops. If you've a rental car, Marpissa is just up the road and has an excellent supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops and eateries. There are also much better beaches than Logaras further south between 5 and 15 minutes - provided you have a car. And again, Stam & Co. @ Nomads House are fantastic. Thank you for making our time as amazing as it was memorable

This is really nit-picky. As mentioned, I suggested Nomads House is probably more suitable for short stays. We were staying a six full days & nights and so the kitchen layout wasn't 10/10 in terms of cooking meals/food storage. But it was perfect for breakfast! My only other teeny tiny niggle was the positioning of the power points - where there was a seven foot study desk in our room and not a single socket at desk height and not one on the wall outside on the terrace. But I'd blame the electrician for just going through the motions.

Fantastically positioned really close to the beach and the nearby marina, yet a little quieter than the hotels in the area. Well equipped kitchen, really friendly and helpful owners.
