La situación es buenisima, Manuel un encanto y el apartamento muy amplio y bien equipado
El apartamento necesita un poco de mantenimiento.

Muy amplio el apartamento y la cama.
El menaje estaba muy viejo, las sartenes completamente picadas, la tapa del microondas derretida. La cocina estaba limpia pero tenía algunas zonas un poco pegajosas como de que anteriormente se había freído mucho.
