Newly built townhouse, located in a very quiet area, featuring three full bedrooms (one with a 150-cm bed, and the others with two 90-cm beds), a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, bidet, bathtub, and mirror (upper floor), a half-bath with toilet, sink, mirror, and shower (lower floor), a living-dining room, and a kitchen (no dishwasher).
It also has air conditioning (in the dining room and each bedroom) and Wi-Fi.
It features a spacious garden area with an outdoor shower, a porch with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and private parking for one vehicle.
Located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center, where you’ll find everything you need: a supermarket, clothing stores, an ATM, restaurants, a playground, a pharmacy, and more.
You can enjoy water sports, biking, horseback riding, hiking, and more.

Great property for family vacation. Walking distance to beach and all restaurants/markets, etc. Property Manager was most communicative and helpful throughout our stay. House was clean and welcoming. I recommend without hesitation and we hope to return.

Para mis vacaciones siempre elijo para alojarme un chalé, apartamento, casa rural... De todos ellos el mejor ha sido este último por varias razones, limpieza, trato, situación y sobre todo por equipamiento, tenía de todo lo que se pueda necesitar en una casa todo tipo de productos de limpieza e higiene, pequeños electrodomésticos, hasta sombrilla para llevar a la playa. Jamás había estado en un alojamiento tan bien preparado.
