A newly renovated spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in San Jose, 250m from San Jose's famous beach, bars and restaurants.
This 2 bedroom apartment (Sleeps 4) is newly equipped to a high standard and is situated in the seaside town of San Jose within the beautiful Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Costa de Almeria.
It has air conditioning, king size double bed, twin bedroom, a large open plan kitchen diner that extends out on to a private balcony area, providing spectacular views of the mountains opposite plus sea glimpses! To the rear of the apartment there is also another private seating area when you wish to sit in some shade! (depending upon time of day!)
Fully furnished with new tables& chairs, sofa and a new shower room. There is also FTTP wifi , Spanish TV,UK tv (IPTV).
Outside you will find is the most beautiful shared (only with our 2 other apartments) swimming pool with an additional raised sun terrace and BBQ area. There is also off-road parking.
This is a fabulous base for exploring the most beautiful part of Spain. You are spoilt for choice finding stunning walks and cycle routes that start on the door step of the apartment without the need to take a car.
All within walking distance are several beautiful beaches . You will find some more of Spain's most beautiful unspoilt beaches within 15 mins drive. The main town beach hosts superb bars and restaurant's plus a great selection of shops selling clothing, jewellery, art, souvenir's and much more.
San Jose has 4 mini supermarkets all within walking distance, closest being a Spar which is only 5 minute walk.
The apartment is ideal for both a romantic getaway or family holiday. Alternatively if you are a keen cyclist or walker it is a great base for exploring Southern Spain.

A 7’ del pueblo andando, fácil para aparcar (lo que no sucede en San José) y buen centro neurálgico para visitar Cabo de Gata. Apartamento cómodo, limpio, amplio y con una buena terraza para comer. Piscina compartida con pocos vecinos, con lo que siempre tienes intimidad. En definitiva, hemos disfrutado de la estancia y repetiríamos la elección. Como contra, a veces había bastantes hormigas…pero muestra de lo natural del entorno!
