Absolutely wonderful

This was by far the very best accommodation during a business trip I have ever experienced. Dorothy is a fantastic host and her house is exquisite in all senses. Starting with the garden, it is simply beautiful, shaded and with surprising hidden corners and lots of sitting options for guests. The house has wonderful luminosity and spaces. It is decorated with Dorothy's own artwork, and a collection of perfectly chosen classic design furniture. There are two large living spaces where I was served a wholesome, healthy veggie breakfast, different every day and served in the most beautiful manner. There is a also a kitchen for guests, with complementary refreshments and fruits, again, beautifully styled. Upstairs, we can continue to admire some more art, and the bedrooms are gorgeous. Mine was tastefully decorated, perfectly lit and a home from home. I worked from my room with no issues with wifi. The shower is luxurious. Dorothy was super flexible in letting me stay a little longer on my last day. We had lovely chats and I was even treated to her private art workshop space, wonderful. I highly recommend this very special haven of tranquility and beauty, and look forward to discovering the region better in the future.

Excellent location as I needed to go to SAP office straight across the road. House is an art jewel, worth visiting as a museum. Dorothee was a great guest. Disclaimer: This is a pension, it's not a 5-star business hotel. Come in with the right expectations and you'll be positively surprised.

- Very friendly and welcoming hospitality. - Fantastic design aesthetic and modern but homely feel. - Less than 5 mins from the main station. - Lots of space. - Minimal but carefully chosen furniture and clever lighting. - Great breakfast (vegetarian). - Charming terrace. - Underfloor heating in the bathroom and lounge.

- I had a couple of issues with using the wifi for skype calls (slow), but mostly it was OK. - The drain in the shower is a little slow, causing soapy water to build up a bit.

Es ist einfach ein tolles Gesamtkonzept! Der Renovierungsprozess ist schon eine Geschichte für sich wert & die Materialen sind sehr natürlich, trotzdem ist es keine esoterische "Öko-Absteige" ;) Die Gastgeberin ist wahnsinnig sympathisch & geduldig. Das Frühstück war unglaublich viel und frisch/lecker/regional! (Achtung: Am WE klären ob es überhaupt die Möglichkeit für Frühstück gibt...da viele Gäste Geschäftsreisende sind = eher unter der Woche da sind).

Unbeschreibliche Atmosphäre in einem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Gefühl, wenn man reinkommt lässt sich schwer beschreiben. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kommt nach einem stressigen Tag sofort runter. Sehr sauberes Haus, eine alte Villa und eine Atmosphäre, die man in einem Neubau so nicht erleben kann. Die Einrichtung mit rustikalen und modernen Komponenten ist der Hammer, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit Liebe angerichtet.
