Location was quite central to Clevedon, house was interesting with a historical connection to Edith Cavell. The staff were great, the room clean and the breakfast substantial
No window in basement room, duvet too narrow, no cooked breakfast option

Breakfast was adequate. Room was dated and could do with an upgrade. Bed was comfortable.
The car park was scruffy and gave the impression of carelessness. Sleep was sporadic due to an overflow pipe pouring water into a tank at the rear of the property.
Breakfast tray was still in our room when we returned from a day out. This should have been cleared away. It wasn’t even taken away when the next breakfast tray was delivered the following morning. There was no fire alarm action notice inside our bedroom despite this being a legal requirement.
