    Great location. Good reception from the team. The room was a good size. Bathroom a little tired. One of the lifts was not functioning properly. Our room was a long way from the reception - up a floor, along a floor and down two floors. Was also noisy in the morning - delivery or waste removal. Certainly hydraulics. Overall OK but not great. Would stay there again as long as didn’t get the same room as the location was good.

    It was a memorable stay at double tree by Hilton airport value for money specially food was awesome gym pool jacuzzi everything was so nice highly recommended

    Unfortunately, this stay was a catalogue of errors from start to finish. On arrival, our room had not been prepared correctly despite being booked for three people, with no additional bedding provided. We were fortunate that the housekeeping staff were nearby and able to resolve this quickly. Later that evening, after paying for our meal at the restaurant, I received a bank notification showing I had been charged again on a different card, without any notification or authorisation. When I raised this with the restaurant, I was told the original payment had “crashed,” despite me having an approved receipt and the transaction already showing as debited from my bank. The staff were unable to provide any receipt or evidence that the first transaction had been voided. What was most disappointing was the lack of basic customer care. No one attempted to contact the room to explain there might be an issue; instead, the payment was simply taken twice. This was handled poorly and without transparency. To round things off, the television in the room had a damaged picture, which only added to the overall sense of neglect. Overall, a very disappointing stay and well below the level of service I would expect.
