Mieszkanie na pewno wymagałoby paru poprawek. Trzeba też pamiętać że jest dość wysoko ale dla nas nie był to problem. Ogólnie jednak dla mnie bardzo ok. Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Jęsli ktoś nie ma nie wiadomo jakich wymagań to szczerze polecam
Drzwi od łazienki, Przydało by się też parę obrazków na ścianie w mniejszym pokoju , ze ścian wystają same śruby :D

Czysto, ładnie urządzone, dużo przestrzeni, dobra okolica, blisko do centrum. Zwykle daję +1 za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, ale tu się właściciel nie zgodził, więc plusa nie ma.
Korek w umywalce utknął I nie spływa woda. Prysznic prawie cały popsuty, rączki od drzwiczek urwane, uchwyt słuchawki urwany, słuchawka wypada z węża. W sypialni brakuje szyby w oknie, a tak się złożyło, że budowlańcy od rana hałasowali i mnie to budziło.

Lokalizacja ! Wszędzie blisko, okolica cicha i spokojna. Fajne duże mieszkanie, z osobną kuchnią i sypialnią.
W mieszkaniu było trochę brudno. W umywalce nie spływała woda. Woda w prysznicu była zaledwie letnia.
