Very good value for money.

The area, the room was like a small flat but without kitchen. It was very cosy. It has a little living room with a TV, a bedroom and the bathroom with a shower. Yummy breakfast served in the room by the host. Kindness of the host. The garden around the property, so big and beautiful. The room was warm when we arrived, and we did not feel cold. Intermarché supermarket, just across the street.

The bed was not very comfy for me, but for 1 night it does the job.

The property was perfect for us. Our hosts were brilliant.

The rooms were spotless and tidy. We were met at the gate by our host who was extremely helpful and explained in good English the various functions of items in the property. The breakfast was huge and delightful.

To make our stay absolutely perfect, it would have been helpful to be able to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee, so those facilities within the room would have been great.

L'accueil de la propriétaire, le petit-déjeuner très complet et copieux. Petit salon agréable.

Un séjour inoubliable

nous avons aimé le paysage, l’emplacement, le calme , le stationnement juste devant la villa ESPERANZA avec beaucoup de place, le château a 2 min à pied, la proximité d’Intermarché qui est quasiment en face. Le petit set de table avec tout ce qui peut être visité au alentours. Les hôtes étaient souriants, très arrangeant, respectueux de notre confort. Le petit déjeuner offert était parfait durant 3 jours nous avons eut croissants, petits pains aux chocolats, pain aux raisins, petit morceau de baguette frais tous les jours , petites crêpes, confitures diverses ( fraises, abricots, rhubarbe) , nutella, beurre , jus d’orange ou de pommes. Café et lait. Un régal :)

On reste dans le thème château avec un logement type "annexe de château ", tomettes, fenêtre, accessoires et terrasse. Un grand parc à disposition, le tout confortable et agréable. Un bon petit dejeuner fait maison. Manque un petit frigo à dispo, solo ou partagé. Bon rapport prix/ produit

Un logement très agréable avec possibilité de manger en extérieur. Idéalement situé pour faire des visites dans la région. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis et avons bien apprécié notre petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon. Une belle rencontre que je recommande sans hésiter.

Un séjour au top !

Petit verre de bienvenue à l'arrivée, très appréciable par la chaleur que nous avons eu ce week-end. Le logement est nickel, et très bien situé (gare, château de Valençay, boutiques). Nous avons pu profiter d'un petit-déjeuner généreux, en terrasse.

Il manquait juste une poubelle et présence de plusieurs abeilles dans le logement si on veut vraiment que ce soit parfait à 100%

Un logement plus pour une famille avec enfant, plutôt que 4 adultes. Il faut passer par la chambre2 pour accéder aux toilettes et salle d'eau depuis le premier couchage.

La proximité avec le magnifique château de Valençay. Le logement spacieux avec table pour manger et coin salon avec télé. Les crêpes et confitures maison du petit-déjeuner. Les radiateurs.

je dois 1 complément car nous étions 2 au lieu de un, j’avais prévenu en amont. je pensais régler via booking en ligne ! on m’a demande si je voulais 1 facture, et alors ok pour par virement. elle s’est ravisée et a demandé des espèces ou chèque. j’ai donné 41 en espèces, et 5€ par virement, du coup accepté. 2 chiens aboyant sur site. sonore avec les chambres voisines . petit dej sans commentaire. 30€ demandé si on arrive 1 à 2 heures avant 17h. refus d’accéder à la douche l’après midi, les départs sont à 10h ! (on était en concours) on a pas eu les 2 chb réservées initialement.
