Our stay was okay considering the price. It was worth it. The balcony is clean and comfortable.
The TV is broken. Toiletries are a bit lacking. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

This condo has everything and your money is really worth it since establishments like primark,starbucks,banks, mcdo, etc. are just nearby the condo. And, sky ranch is walkable like 20 minutes walking
If you plan to commute going to your itenerary there are jeepney to hop in. Everything is accessible.
I recommend this condo because the caretaker and the owner are approachable.
What I really don't like is the A/C, it's not cold that much. I think they need to check the A/C or clean it so that the cold come out generously.
They don't have a stove—though they explain to us why they don't have it since some of the guests are cooking fishy dishes or strong aroma dishes and of course the smell stays in the condo and the next guest would cancel because they don't like the smell in the condo.

I like the place and location. I love that it's on a higher floor.
Internet PLDT is crap. I hope the host/owner will change it. It was down when we were there. Was not even advised. Blanket and pillows looked used. The sofa bed has bedbugs, it's itchy. The water pressure is causing too much noise because of the pressure.
