The location was perfect.
The apartment had everything you could need, we didn't use a fraction of it as we ate out.
Apartment was quiet, comfortable bed, gtrat shower and fab WiFi.
We honestly can't think of any negatives

Great location, perfect view overlooking the piazza. Well resourced for a short stay had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy.
Some of the furniture has probably had better days but In keeping with the property. Can be noisy until restaurants close and then the refuse turn up but it was manageable and would be the same across Lucca. There are three short flights of stairs up to the property.
