Location, courtyard, great shower, comfy beds, early check in. Great ambience.
Trying to find it, needs clearer instructions. Clothes washing machine would have been good. Front door lock is difficult.

Initially couldnt find as info online has wrong house number but when called was given clear instructions Left a bag behind and it was posted to me which was fantastic thanks again

Excellent location in central Lucca. Nice to have an outside courtyard to sit in.
Bedroom poorly ventilated so didn't sleep well. This really needs air con. Host did not make contact until after check in time. This was very stressful as listing says property is number 13. There is no number 13. It is actually number 12. Initially we thought we had been scammed and this was a phantom property.

Great location, easy contactless check-in/out, practical amenities (iron, hairdryer, towels etc) made it feel like a home away from home.
The only thing that could do with some attention is the shower head, but that didn’t stop us enjoying the accommodation
