We had a wonderful experience , the support we received from Valia and team was incredible. Adonis and his brother couldn’t do enough to help and the Villa itself is lovely, really well furnished and immaculate. It had everything you could want, the pool and outside areas well kept. The boat trip and chef recommended by Valia were the highlights. All I would say is you probably need a car, the bakery and icecream shop are well worth a visit in the village which is down a hill and it’s a hike coming back.

Stunning property in a beautiful location. Had all we could need for a family stay with an infant.
Managers were prompt to respond to questions and requests and owner very accommodating. Especially grateful for support when Dad became ill.
There is just a couple of tiny signs of wear and tear on the building but no issues affecting our stay which was very comfortable and enjoyable.
Can highly recommend the private chef linked with the villa. We had a family meal to try local cuisine. One of the best meals ever had.

What a beautiful villa with absolutely everything you need! The villa is huge with each room a really good size. There were 24 of us in the villa and we were never on top of each other!
All the play bits for the kids were great and the pool area was totally amazing.
The host was absolutely amazing too as was George the cab man arranging every cab or one night a coach to get us to and from the villa for all 24 of us!
One great bonus was having loads of take away information ranging from breakfast, cocktails, snacks and dinner with all paying cash on arrival. This was a bit of a life saver as it is a bit out the way of any good local taverns and the walk from the supermarket is tough as it is up hill all the way. We did find one super market that also delivered too.
The area is not great and a little run down but this did not affect our holiday at all as the villa was totally luxury!
One thing I would recommend is heading to Bali beach. The beach was gorgeous and the water sports were reasonably priced and so much fun. We also ate here on the last night and wished we found it earlier as it had a range of tavernas and the setting is second to none. It is only 15/20 mins from the villa but is worth the drive!
The local town panormos is tiny and didnt really cater for big groups so you would need to book in advanced if you went here
.Rethymno was about 25 mins away. This was so so so busy! Loads of shops but hundreds of people! But plenty of tavernas.
We will 100% be returning!

Home again after a fantastic week in your beautiful house. We were a lot of people of all ages, which is why Villa Elaida was a really good choice - space for everyone, swimming pool for kids and adults, playgrounds for children and adults as well. Good large rooms with all facilities. The only thing I can mention, as we were a family of 22 members, is that the kitchen could include two dishwashers instead of one - just a note.
Everyone had a party and we would love to come back - and considerations of repeating the success are near.
Thanks for everything - it couldn't be better.
