Das Haus sah sehr schön aus und auch die Lage sowohl zur Stadt und zum Strand waren super. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Ausreichend Platz und großer Pool.
Es gibt zwei Dinge die ich nicht so toll fand. Ich kann nicht ganz verstehen warum es kein Moskito Schutz an den Fenstern und Türen gab. Leider wurden wir zerstochen. Das WLAN war schlecht und die Fernseher liefen kaum. Im Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht mal Netflix schauen da immer noch ein anderer Account angemeldet war. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auf dem Grundstück super gewesen.

Very nice view of the sea and sunsets. Delectable owner who has lost control of the place for a while, but I hope he is on his way to improving the quality of the place. Pool very pleasant and regularly cleaned, good working WIFI and air conditioning.
The property declares 100 meters, ( owner say max 55-60 meters inside ) which is not true. Booking.com and the agent renting this property deceived me. On site, it turned out that the entire space, including the swimming pool and terrace, is 100 meters. It's a mockery. In addition, pay attention to what you book, booking.com does not give you the option of choosing a house (and each has its own name), which made me convinced that I would have a house with a large swimming pool, and on the spot it turned out that I had a house inside - which did not meet my expectations expectations. Initially, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but the host tried to rectify this situation - but I lost 2 days of my holiday for it. Many young boys from England or Germany also come to this place - they make a lot of noise at night - especially after alcohol. I do not recommend the facility to people who are used to a high standard of their rest - do not be misled by the word "Luxury" in the name, this word has no reflection in the quality and standard. I would like to add that neither booking.com nor the agent dealt with me about the fraud on the meters of the apartment and the choice of the house - be careful about it. Good place, has potential, but it is far from a "premium" facility. In the apartments you can see the destruction, lack of equipment (we bought our own wine glasses, or small ones for other alcohols).
