Niriides Villas

The villa was exactly as listed with all the amenities, and we really appreciated that the photos matched reality. The pool was very clean and maintained regularly during our stay. Parking was ample, with enough space even for a larger car, and there was plenty of open space around the villa. The location was also very convenient — both the local market and the beach were nearby. The host/staff deserves a special mention as they were always prompt and very helpful whenever we reached out.

Unfortunately, one of the air conditioners in one of the bedrooms stopped working the day after our arrival. While the staff was responsive and offered the ground floor hall A/C as an alternative, the bedroom unit itself remained faulty throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi was another major downside — it was so slow that even opening a basic website was a struggle. The staff quickly shared details for another Wi-Fi, but the connectivity issues remained unresolved even on the new network.

Veel te harde matrassen

It's a luxurious villa (from the outside) with a nice swimming pool, barbecue, amazing view and 10 minutes walk from Hersonissos party strip.

Inside the villa is far from luxury. Only basic furniture, no kitchen appliances, beds were dirty, old and falling apart, most things in the bathrooms were dirty and old aswell. The furniture is in a bad condition and it should be replaced. If you want to use air conditioning (which is highly necessary) they charge you another 30€ per day.

The only redeeming quality was the location of the villa. There is a fire pit but it is very small.

The property is very dated. The beds were very uncomfortable, the Wifi didn’t work. After repeated prompts about the WiFi, it eventually worked after the second day. The doors didn’t close properly, and would sometimes just open. The downstairs shower would spray water everywhere except the basin for the shower. The entire room was soaking wet after using the shower. The upstairs shower didn’t work at all.
